The project was a combination of a large renovation and extension of the Mt Roskill Briscoes and Rebel Sports shops. It also included the new built of a Kreem cafe and a Shine clothing store.
The ambitious time schedule created an extra layer of complexity.

Constructa Built took on the entire carpentry-side of a retail building in bad shape and transformed it into a high quality retail space.
